About the event
Honestly? Sometimes I finish a day of holding space for others and realise I haven't spoken to a single colleague.
That's not sustainable. And I know I'm not the only one.
So I'm creating something I wish existed.
The Zen Den — a monthly online social-clinical space for mental health professionals.
Bring your coffee, your dinner (or breakfast - depending where you are in the world 🌍), and relax with peers who bring a real sense of lived experience to the table.
Each month we explore a topic raised by the community. You bring your perspective. Others bring theirs. This monthly event provides the opportunity to connect in a relaxed setting with an emphasis on caring for the carers.
